Our focus is on developing a sustainable herd of quality, affordable suri alpacas for the marketplace – fineness, luster, density and consistent lock structure. Like breeding any livestock, our passion will always be a work in progress as we strive to improve the genetics and quality of our herd. We pride ourselves on our growing alpaca venture. This is our only business and our time is devoted full time to this wonderful lifestyle. In order to daily provide the care of all animals on our ranch, we intend to keep it small and manageable to accomplish this goal. We are slowly adding fiber arts and going green with alpaca manure. PJ Alpacas, specializes in sales of high-quality huacaya alpacas in a wide spectrum of colors. Our herd consists of black, grey, mahogany, brown, fawn and white. Because we are a small, family-owned farm, all of our animals receive personal hands-on care on a daily basis. We’d love to share our experience with prospective breeders. On the farm, we have about 40 animals year round with new babies in spring and summer.

Quality merchandise. Absolutely love the socks. We are outside a lot for our kids’ games and my feet are never cold anymore. The farm is a hidden treasure. Great for kids. Highly recommend for school trips for preschoolers and elementary age. Pam is a qualified teacher and amazing person that will share her love for all the animals.
Pam and her family and the animals were so friendly and welcoming. Our two young children had a blast and enjoyed learning about the animals on the farm. They played with the dogs and were teased mercilessly by Mittens the mischievous kitten :). Merchandise in the store was so cute, very reasonably priced, and of high quality.
Highest praise for Farmer Pam. She is a wonderful educator for children and visitors to the farm. Every aspect of the the tour seems designed with children in mind; including interactive stations throughout the farm with petting and feeding stations with children’s seating. Farmer Pam gives hands on examples and asks both inquiry and follow up questions with the children. The tour finishes with a wonderful interactive learning play space for even the youngest visitors to experience work and life on a farm. Highly recommend!
